A brief of the appointed member:He holds a master’s degree in accounting and business administration from Southern New Hampshire University – USA, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University.He also has more than 35 years of experience in the financial and accounting sector. He has served as chairman and member of the audit committees of many joint-stock companies and still holds a number of board of directors and audit committee memberships in several companies.

A brief of the appointed member: He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Mohamed bin Saud Islamic University, a Diploma in Systems from the Institute of Public Administration, and a Master’s degree in Law from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. Mr. Mutlaq has extensive experience in legal field, where he held many positions, including Senior Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Industry and Electricity, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Marjan Electricity Production Company and a member of the Board of Directors of the Water and Electricity Company. He is currently a member of the Steering Committee of the Water Regulator (a government agency) that works on arrange water service activities, in addition to his membership in the Audit Committee and the Nominations and Remuneration Committee at Mulkia Investment Company.

Mr. Mohammed has experience in marketing field, as he held many positions, including Marketing Specialist at Nakhla Sasco Company, Marketing Specialist at Wahet Sasco Company, and is currently Deputy General Manager at Nadra Equipment Company, and General Manager at Ebdaa Al-Khashab Factory for Wood Works, in addition to his membership in the Audit Committee at Mulkia Investment Company.
