Mohammed joined Mulkia Investment earlier 2025. He has extensive experience in regulating investment funds and products, real estate contributions regulations, as well as merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions of listed companies, initial public offerings (IPOs), and regulatory projects for the capital market development. Before joining Mulkia, he worked at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in Saudi Arabia for nearly eight years.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of San Diego, along with various certifications from international academic institutions, including Columbia University in New York, the Amsterdam Institute of Finance, and other well-known organizations.
