Mulkia Investment Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors, a non-fundamental change has been made to Mulkia Murabaha and Saving fund;

Such change will be effective on 03/11/1446 H corresponding to 01/05/2025 G.

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

• Lowering minimum annual fees of the fund’s custodian.
