Mulkia Investment Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors, a non-fundamental change has been made to Mulkia Murabaha and Saving fund;

Such change will be effective on 02/09/1446 H corresponding to 02/03/2025 G.

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

• Adding the fund unit distributor data.
• Amending the fund expenses schedule to reflect the reduction in the maximum expenses for the annual meetings of the fund’s board of directors.
